“Just wanted to say thank you again for the fantastic job you did on Mum and Dad’s unit at Newstead.  They saw the finished result yesterday and were absolutely thrilled.  As you know the move has been a bit stressful on both of them, but Mum was in tears when she saw the bedroom with her feature wall just like it was at their old place.  She said that was the first time she’s been able to picture how things will look in the new unit, and actually starting getting excited about the move.  You were such an absolute delight to work with and I cannot thank you enough for the efforts you took.”
